my site has been hacked as well. spoke the ISP (netregistry in Australia) and nothing at their end, but they have had hundreds of calls in last few weeks since the latest release of WP. anyone got any info?

index file on home page of website was replaced by hack index file (fixed now) and same index file added by hacker for the WP blog. many files are infected. ISP say if your on that version not much you can do?
any help appreciated and if I have posted this in the wrong forum let me know.
