I’m having the same problem, with 1 of my pages, my “blog” page.
I have been trying and trying but I can’t change the snippet, it keeps getting a snippet from one of the blog-posts.
When I switch Auto SEO off the page has the right title, but when I switch it back on it’s the wrong one again.
I hope you have found a solution.
