Hello, thank you for your reply.
In the meantime we managed to partially solve the problem.
After deleting the “full Access level” all other levels started working properly again.
This is the configuration scheme of our reserved area:RESERVED AREA
- Level 1 ——> Add membership when user purchases “product 1” ——> access to Group Pages 1
- Level 2 ——> Add membership when user purchases “product 2” ——> access to Group Pages 2
- Level 3 ——> Add membership when user purchases “product 3” ——> access to Group Pages 3
- Level 4 ——> Add membership when user purchases “product 4” ——> access to Group Pages 4
- Level 5 ——> Add membership when user purchases “product 5” ——> access to Group Pages 5
- Etc…
FULL ACCESS level
- “Full Access level” ——> Include user for as long as they are “Logged-in” ——> access to Group Pages 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc…
In v2.3.2, are you using the “Synchronized role” option to add levels to users, or have members been added manually (or via automators)?
I think so. Surely we also have some manually added users
Are you using any other plugin to manage access control, redirects, memberships, user roles, etc.?
no. We installed User Role Editor only to control some “special user” like accounting or administrative users who need to access some sections of the wp backend.
I hope this information can better clarify the problem.
At this moment we don’t know how to add a “full access” level and why, once added and configured, all users who have restrictions and are in the other levels become free to access all content.
