I enabled FTP via my hosting company and followed instructions to configure it.

I’ve removed the errant bit of code and reloaded the theme and I’m back in again! Yay!

I am having this same problem. URL is http://www.vintagesafebooks.com and the Facebook link redirects to http://www.vintagesafebooks.com/www.facebook.com/vintagesafebooks.
