Hi, thanks for your reply. I first disabled the form-related CSS, but that wasn’t the problem. I updated the theme, and finally disabled the unnecessary plugins, and everything works again. The form is submitted correctly, as are the attachments. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I’m sending two photos, the form, and the form code. The form link is https://www.isodarco.it/64th-isodarco-course/general-information/application-form-for-participants/. The form worked perfectly, but after updating the plugin (Version 6.1.1), WordPress (Version 6.8.2), and PHP (Version 8.1.31), when I click the Send button, it continues to load. Furthermore, the form data is sent to the database, but no email arrives. I hope this can be resolved. Thanks!
