I finally solved the problem. It was the host in this case.
The solution was that i need to:
1) Enter Email Routing in cPanel
2) Select the Remote Mail Exchanger option.This fixed my problem. Thank you very much Sanjeev.
Hi Sanjeev, so i contacted my host and they said that “it’s Google Suite” problem. But i don’t see the reason because when i try to send it from the WP MAIL “Test Email” problem it says the following in cPANEL:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: contacto@glashaus.cl No Such User Here Reporting-MTA: dns; blue118.dnsmisitio.net Action: failed Final-Recipient: rfc822;contacto@glashaus.cl Status: 5.0.0But the email receives emails from other emails accounts. I don’t know what would cause this.
1) When i send emails to other domains like for example contact@otherdomain.cl it works. But when i try to send an email to the same domain contacto@glashaus.cl IT DOESNT WORK.
The From Email is the cPanel mail i created, in this case is:
From Email: soporte@glashaus.clI checked the Return Path option, but still i’m not receiving the emails from the Test Email option.
