Are you entering a license key? That appears to be the field with an issue. If I leave everything else the same and select free version, it submits as expected.
Again, we tried different users in different locations on different networks. Everyone had the same issue.
I did finally get a ticket open, so I’m okay. Please test and fix this for the next person, though.
I was able to create a ticket when I did not enter the license or system info. So there’s something wrong with the Create Ticket form. We weren’t doing anything odd, just pasting in the system info and license as instructed.
I am seeing this same error when WooCommerce Memberships is active. No other plugins except WooCommerce and The Events Calendar, Twenty Twenty-Two theme.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Venue – State or Province does not saveI am seeing the same in WP 5.9.2 and TEC 5.14.0.4.
It appears the the state value saves in the venue, but is not loaded by the venue block when editing an event. This leads to the map showing similar addresses in different states.
This is a huge problem for a site with events all over New England, where we have small states with the same town names. We’ve had to disable all maps so someone doesn’t drive to Connecticut instead of Vermont.
Ah. I found the problem.
Emailable is the one who attempts to infer the first and last name. Or maybe has a bunch of incorrect names in their database.
In my CSV exported from Emailable, the first four columns are from my original data: email, first name, last name and company. I selected those to import into their related fields (with company as a custom field from our form). But all the way over on columns 18 and 19, there are “emailable first name” and “emailable last name”, which are automatically selected by MailPoet to be inserted into the first name and last name fields, apparently overwriting my choice from the other columns.
If there is a bug on MailPoet’s side, it’s that multiple columns can be selected to import into the same field.
