after verifying other pages I see the issue where the popup is not enabled is also showing 2 popups code in the source code

I activated 2 popups in 2 different pages but the problem is I see both popup code in the source code on every page.
Can you please how I can fix it, and also please let me know where I can check ajax rules.
And also I’m using kinsta cache plugin do you think it causing an issue.

My registration form is not showing up suddenly, it just displaying shortcode in frontend [vendor_registration]. All settings are updated as show in documentation and plugins are up to date. please let me know how I can fix it.

Thanks for reply. i rearranged categories order, category list is coming fine but product list is not coming in category order. In shop page i want to show products in category order not in latest products first.
