Solved: I didn’t realise the plugin automatically had the opening and closing script tags. I deleted those and it worked. All good.

How did you get the chat popup to work on your Elementor site?
I checked the link and it seems to work.
I’ve pasted my <script> to my header.php but the popup won’t appear on my website.
Any ideas? I’ve got Drift Chat to work (but that’s a plugin). But any third party chat option that requires pasting of <script> doesn’t seem to display on my Elementor website…
Thoughts?
