I can log in as the admin for the site and install plugins. That’s about it really. But the posts are exactly the same though and get updated with the same content? Also when I click on the visit site link in the top left corner of my screen it takes me to vickymcnaught-davis.com, so I assumed that the transfer worked?

Thanks for getting back to me.
I began this website using WordPress.com. I’ve now installed the WordPress.org package on my computer and can now run it from logging in here – http://localhost:8888/wordpress/wp-login.php?checkemail=confirm. But, I can’t get the blog to work.
Any ideas?
