What I really need is a plugin that will work on static pages, but despite that, it also does not show on Posts

I have a post with 4 votes, it has remained untouched for several months, and yet the stars will not display in any Google search results that will return that url
Still waiting for a feedback and now the developer site is not opening. Any news on this?
