I used to have a captcha on my Contact Form 7 form. But that is also gone without a trace. I think that may be because they have also got their own (what apears updated) plugin for a captcha. It did used to have one without me having to add it to the plug-in’s settings.
I did apply one to the login screen of wp-admin, I did this through WP Security plug-in.
