i have the same problem , i am usinS IIS6.0 wordpress. my understanding is this issue is with wordpress settings not the code.
will update asap i find solution.
same problem here, page form action method is redirecting to static home page.
i am using a form with action value using get_permalink() of current page. and when i check the view source , source is correct.
instead when i click submit form is redirected to static home page .
