Wordpress 3.5.1 is incompatible with PHP 5.x
Older version of WordPress are correctly, and version 3.5.1 is correctly on php older than 5.x
Maybe anybody know how fixed with PHP 5.x in pair with WordPress 3.5.1?

I’m talking about bit-depth
Normally you can not save jpg or png in 24 or 32 bit depth.Here is example 32-bit png :
