Any chance of getting this fixed for the next release?
Having looked at it again, it looks like a bug. The method signature for do_action() matches how you have used it there.
Did you manage to work this out?

Sorry should have been more specific. I can always right forms that work. But for some reason its not working this time.
if i type in: http://www.perfectpete.com/fundraiser-list/?action=add
the page shows correctly, but if i submit form data to:
http://www.perfectpete.com/fundraiser-list/?action=add
then i get a 404, you can test it for yoursleves at that address
