I want to move to business plan. It says go to My Site–> Plans but I do not see the my site option to go to a different plan.

I can login using PMIPROPERTY.COM/wp-admin/, but when I go to https://wordpress.com/log-in?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.com%2F it says incorrect usernameBasically what I want to do is change my plan to premium or business. I do not see an option to do when I login using PMIPROPERTY.COM/wp-admin/.
I checked under avatar, settings general everywhere but I do not see it.
I am so so stuck
