Hello again! I have also now in the meantime installed the WP Mail SMPT plugin… but I can’t get it to connect and work… I am using the ‘other smpt’ option. thank you!
Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to reply on my issue.
- I have checked with my hosting company and they are not blocking
- I have check and the PHP version is more than 7.
- I have double checked all the credentials and it looks ok to me.
- I can’t see what is blocking the emails. The main thing that happend is that I have changed the hosting company but they confirmed that they are not blocking.
- We are not using gmail.
Any other suggestion please? Thank you so much!
