Ok so I found the issue. In the woocommerce>>settings>>shipping>>shipping zones tab there is a zone name “locations not covered by your other zones”. For some reason USPS was enabled for that zone and was showing up on my checkout. I disabled it an now its fine…

Ok so I changed the state code to FL and that did not work. Then I realized that since the Origin Country said “United States-Florida” that I did not have to put an Origin State Code. I removed the “FL” code and now my ground and 3 day shipping rates show on the page.
WOW!!
Now another issue. It still has an option for media mail parcel. I don’t want that included. Its not even check marked in the settings so I don’t know where it’s coming from.
I put in an address from Atlanta, Georgia and the UPS rates changed accordingly. Still showing media mail parcel…
My error is now saying “No rate returned for service code 03, Florida is not a valid state for the specified shipment”
i cannot send the entire code because the error just shows up momentarily and then goes away.
In my settings the “offer rates” is on “offer the customer all returned rates.”
Really not sure what this setting should be or if its the issue.
