In reply to: [Pricing Deals for WooCommerce] Cannot Adjust Schedule DatesHi,
Thanks for your query.(A) Scheduling
The free version scheduling should be fully adjustable.
At the ‘Deal Schedule’ dropdown, select “Rule is on” and the scheduling dates should become selectable. If this is not the case, I’d suggest you may have a javascript error, possibly due to a module conflict.(B) Discount not carrying through to checkout
This issue is most likely caused by one/all of the following:
(1) do you have the minimum recommended 64mb memory for your site?
– In wp-admin, please go to Woocommerce/System Status and look for WP Memory Limit.
– I recommend 128mb (or at least the WOO-recommended minimum of 64mb).
– *** First, –contact your Host– and request the memory change (this should be FREE from your Host).
– *** Then you need to update your wordpress wp_config.php file:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
— BOTH of these actions must be done, in order for the memory change to be accomplished.(2) there is a **known conflict** with the “User Role Editor” plugin, which has developed recently.
Here’s how to fix it:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/role-editor-plugin-conflict-issue
– Before any updates, please take a full backup of your site.
– Once the deletes have been accomplished, the newly created roles must be replaced both in any Users
*and* in any Rules where roles have been employed…(3) is your site up to date with WooCommerce (version 2.4+)?
(4) If you have a Caching plugin, or your HOST supplies caching services,
please clear the cache, turn off caching, and retest.
(It’s not an incompatability, but rather that Pricing Deals is absolutely realtime,
and caching sometimes can’t keep up.)Best,

In reply to: [Pricing Deals for WooCommerce] Not WorkingHi,
Thanks for your query. This issue is caused by an incorrect/incomplete data conversion during a WOO update. One/many of your variable products is the source of this issue.
The fix is simple. In wp-admin, just full-screen edit each variable product and re-save it, without changing anything. This clears the error. Often, it’s a single product which is causing the issue.
If you continue to have a problem, please contact me via my support channel http://www.varktech.com/support/ and let’s get together via skype and sort this out.
Let me know…

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to manage products with per KG price & per item priceHi,
This may be what you need:
http://www.woothemes.com/products/measurement-price-calculator/Hi,
To regain control over wp-admin, go into your site via FTP. navigate to the Plugins folder, and rename the woocommerce folder to another name… that should do it.Then you can see if an auto update was applied, and if so, whether you need to reapply the update or downgrade or …

In reply to: [WooCommerce] HORROR – Woocommerce, Memberships and Subscriptions1- do you have backups prior to the Woo update which caused the problem?
2- do you have a staging or test environment?
3- if not, suggest you create one. Then
(a) back up the diseased environment (production)
(b) take the backup from (a) and populate the test environment
(c) in your test environment, try rolling woo back to the previous ‘good’ version. test.
(d) if good, apply rollback solution to Prod(e) if the woo rollback doesn’t work, consider overwriting Production with the last good backup from x weeks ago..

In reply to: [WooCommerce] HORROR – Woocommerce, Memberships and SubscriptionsHi,
What changed in your system 1 week ago, that things suddenly went sideways?Do you have backups which can allow you to roll back your system prior to the upheaval?
Alternatively, if you can identify the module update which caused this issue, you can try rolling the version of that module back to a previous version.
Be sure to take full backups before any of this is attempted….
