In reply to: [Pricing Deals for WooCommerce] Bay 2 get3rd half priceHi,
I’m a bit confused… you wrote ‘i cannot create a ticket support’ – anyone can create a support ticket, not just Pro license holders. What problem did you have creating a ticket??“but if you are the author of the pluging and don´t know nothing about these problem” –
I do indeed understand the issue, I believe. Let’s recap:(1) you want to do a ‘cheapest’ deal.
(2) you are not getting the results you expect.
(3) that is because the selectable ‘cheapest’ deal type is a
“Cheapest in the group” function.
http://www.varktech.com/documentation/pricing-deals/examples/#cheapest
“Buy any 2 Laptops, get the less expensive 20% off”
Cheapest in the group deals are very literal. In this example the Rule counts the first
two items it finds, and discounts the cheaper of the two. If the rule repeats,
it goes on to the next two.
(4) if you need ‘cheapest in the cart’, then the Pro version is required.Vark

In reply to: [Pricing Deals for WooCommerce] Bay 2 get3rd half priceHi,
Sounds like what you are asking about is a repeating ‘cheapest in the cart’ deal. ‘cheapest in the cart’ is a available (in the Pro version), but can only be applied once per cart.

In reply to: [Pricing Deals for WooCommerce] Problem with a promotionHi,
It sounds like you’ve set up a ‘cheapest in the group’ rule, when you want ‘cheapest in the cart’. ‘cheapest in the cart’ is available in the Pro version. Here’s the writeup:As in intro, it’s important to think about Cheapest deals in the correct way…
If you want a deal where you buy 1, get a 2nd item but the discount is on the cheaper of the two,
the rule should be:
‘buy 2 get the cheapest at a discount’.—————————-
– Cheapest in the group –
—————————-http://www.varktech.com/documentation/pricing-deals/examples/#cheapest
Buy any 2 Laptops, get the less expensive 20% offCheapest in the group deals are very literal. In this example the Rule counts the first
two items it finds, and discounts the cheaper of the two. If the rule repeats,
it goes on to the next two.– select
Deal Type : Discount Cheapest / Most Expensive
– hit the ‘publish’ / ‘update button
– ignore the error messages
– then when you get there,
Discount Applies To : Cheapest Product
will be availablefor a group, change the following:
Show Me : Advanced
Buy Group Amount Applies To : All Products
Buy Group Amount Type : Buy Unit Quantity
Buy Group Amount Count : XXX desired amount
filter details
and whatever discounting you desire.Cheapest in the group deals are very literal. In this example the counts the first
two items it finds, and discounts the cheaper of the two. If the rule repeats,
it goes on to the next two.—————————-
– Cheapest in the cart
—————————-For ‘cheapest in the cart’, you’ll need to use a wordpress filter.
A filter example is include in the pro plugin downloaded ZIP file.
Please take a look at pro plugin/cheapest in cart filter.txt
and follow those directions…NB: Cheapest in the cart deals cannot repeat – you set the rule to occur once per cart

In reply to: [Minimum Purchase for WooCommerce] Div with message appear alwaysHi,
Suggest a full module conflict test:First, do you have a caching plugin or does your HOST offer caching services (Varnish, Cloudflare, etc)?
– If so, please clear plugin cache, turn off caching. Test.
– If that isn’t it, carry on…To track down a module conflict, please follow these steps ** PRECISELY **:
(1) Install and activate a maintenance mode plugin (if desired)
(2) Then, DO BOTH:
(-) deactivate ***all*** plugins except Woo, my plugin (and maintenance mode plugin)
(-) ** switch to a clean default theme like 2014 **
— (This removes all other possible conflicts.)(3) ** test ** if good, add 1 module back in. Retest.
(4) rinse and repeat until conflict identified.** This test depends on following the outlined steps fully. **

In reply to: [Pricing Deals for WooCommerce] Bay 2 get3rd half priceHi,
Don’t really understand fully. It seems you are asking about Pricing Tiers:
https://www.varktech.com/documentation/pricing-deals/examples/#advanced
look for “Pricing Tiers – Buy 2-4, get 10% off, Buy 5-10 15% off”Are you also looking for ‘cheapest’ deals?
Best,
VarkHi,
In order:to set fixed prices
-yesfor only one of a given product’s variation
-yesfor only one of a given product’s variation if the user belongs to a specific user role)
-yeswhether your plugin can do this Fixed-Price sort of “discount” / price adjustment
-yesregular WP Roles
-yesThe telling issue seemed that you want to offer discounts by variation name across multiple products (say all red clothing in a clothing store). This is only possible through use of the filter.

In reply to: [Pricing Deals for WooCommerce] Plugin changes entire store to freeLooks to be a module conflict, @joshprince92 is researching…
Hi,
Pricing Deals Pro includes 2 WordPress Filters, each of which will allow you to write a PHP function which works with a general rule, and have it check for the specific criteria you need.
You can find documentation and an example in the PRO plugin zip file, in Pricing Deals Pro/core/…apply-rules.php . Just search for the word ‘filter’… When completed, wordpress filters are generally placed in your theme’s functions.php file, so that they are unaffected by plugin updates.
Best,
VarkHi,
Thanks for your query. Currently, Pricing Deals won’t support what you want out of the box. If you have PHP skills, there’s a built-in filter which will allow you to build a general rule and target specific variations across multiple products. Then enhancement to handle this out of the box is still some months away…
Best,
Vark
