The plugin is written to display error messages on both the Cart and Checkout pages, and does so successfully both in my test environment, and amongst the many folk who are using the plugin.The issue you are experiencing is unique to your installation.
So as I wrote in my previous response, Please test for a theme conflict by temporarily switching to a clean default theme like 2016.

I’m not really sure I’m getting what you are reporting. You wrote ‘…the cart still shows total of $130 until the last point of finalizing payment.’So are you reporting that none of the rules you’ve tried work at all, or that they only apply at checkout??
Please send a full screenprint of the rule you are testing, and also a screenprint of your woocommerce system status report.

Pricing Deals Plugin author here…I believe what you are asking is ‘why doesn’t a Wholesale price reduction show as a crossout in the Cart in the Pricing Deals plugin’.
The reason is as follows:
1. Pricing Deals offers both Catalog (Wholesale) and Cart (on the fly) deals.
2. Cart deals price reductions show as a crossed out price in the cart (only).
3. Catalog (Wholesale) price reductions are shown as a crossed out price in the catalog (only). Once a Catalog priced item is added to the cart, no further crossout shows, as this is how Cart discounts are represented.Best,

Groups are coming down the pike in the next big enhancement, some months away as yet…In the meantime, the hacking involved in getting Pricing Deals to work with Groups would be difficult.
Suggest you use Pricing Deal Categories. Create an unique pricing deal category, and then add all the products in each group to their own pricing deal category.
I’m hoping to deliver the enhancement in the 12-16 week range.

In https://wordpress.org/support/topic/prices-are-not-always-converted-when-switching , the author states:Exploring your site, I noticed that woocs redraws the price only when there is a JS error. So what that the script stop working because of this error and does not interfere with work woocs.
The author seems to imply that Pricing Deals is interfering with JS that does the conversion… Pricing Deals does not employ javascript to change pricing in the cart, so I am at a loss as to what might be causing/not causing a JS error.

Brands are an entity type added by another plugin. Currently, the only way to address brands is to assign an unique Pricing Deals Category to emulate the Brand, and then use that in a rule.
