Sounds like you want the following:
‘Buy product X, then have access to pricing tier discounts on Product y’.
If so, you can do it with Pricing Deals Pro, just not out of the box. The Pricing Tiers are standard. For the ‘buy product x’ part, you’d need to use a Pricing Deals Pro WordPress filter and create a custom function to check for product x in the cart …

There was an issue, we worked on it together, it turned out to be a custom theme problem.
Commenting out a line in the custom theme solved the problem.

– Go into wp-admin, select Woocommerce->System Status .
– Click button ‘Get System Report’ at top of page.
– Click button ‘Copy for Support’.

I suspect that you are using PHP7. Pricing Deals is not currently compatible with PHP7.
