With all plugins in the list had not any problem.Find the value of needed option in any database manager as PhpMyAdmin, Adminer, or other. Find out ‘option_key’ in finded row. This is option name for using in config.

If you do not like the plugin, you can take advantage of others. Why did You not wait for the answer from support forum? You are using the plugin for free. And I do it in my free time. Nobody is to blame for you. If you have not been able to set up, you could use the services of a programmer or use another plugin.Forum: Plugins

1. WP Multilang do not deleting any post.
2. Using function as it describe in description to the plugin. Are You tested it on default theme or other? Maybe Your theme using css for hiding flags.
