If You are using ACF, You do not need to add configuration for ACF to config file.
You need to add screen ID for current screen (not a page slug) in ‘admin_pages’ section.This functionality will be available in paid version of WP Multilang. This is now in development.

I checked this. I can enabling/disabling payment methods when WP Multioang is enabled.

The latest way is set config by filter.
Try to use these filters:
‘wpm_widgets_config’
‘wpm_widget_{$widget_id}_config’
