It looks like you are using the the shortcode inside a double column Divi Module. We recommend you to add a new Divi Row within the section and use our shortcode there. Divi support team may help you with that.

To use your own CSS,
- Login to your WordPress website and Go to Appearance > Customize
- In the left panel on the Customize page, scroll down to find Custom CSS or a similar option and paste the code there

We do not have any limitations on the number of emails you send. However, your mail-server/webhost may have such limitations.
If you have huge subscriber lists and often send newsletters, we recommend you to use Email Sending Services like Pepipost.

The form on the top is Email Subscribers’. The one on the bottom is WP Easy Paypal Payment Accept‘s form which is not ours. You may want to contact them on their forums.

Could you confirm that your query is related to Email Subscribers? I see that you have two forms on your website and the PayPal one is not related to Email Subscribers.
