We’re sorry to hear that your audience are not receiving post notifications. To find out what went wrong,
- Navigate to Email Subscribers > Campaigns
- Look for the Post-Notification which you think is not delivered to subscribers and click Edit
- Note down the list specified under “Select List”
- Now, navigate to Email Subscribers > Audience > List
- Open the list you noted down earlier and see if the subscribers who complained that the notification delivered is in there. Add them to the list if you are unable to find them. If you do find them, tell the subscribers to check if the emails are stuck in spam folders

While creating a new post the post notification is sent only to 2 available lists, but actually we have 34 lists available in the list with different list of users in each list.
My concern is that the mail is triggered only to 2 lists and rest of the 32 lists are not triggered.
Is there any limitation that only 2 groups will be allowed for new notification & rest cannot be notified.
While checking the reports only 2 lists of users are receiving the mail and rest don’t receive at all since the mail is not triggered to other lists of users.
Please check this scenario & guide me to make it right.
