a simple solution would be writing a ticket at the wassUP site http://trac.wpwp.org/newticket
by teh way i made this ticket just now lets see what happens cuz i have never used this plugin but i would guess it uses your wp mysql database so if you can clear the assigned tables than that would erase the stats

if you are using the pages as a widget than there is a option to exclude any page in 2.5 and above
