From your description, it seems plugin’s files are not loading properly. It may occur for any confliction with the theme or other plugins, compressing files with any caching plugin. But, we are not sure of that.
To figure out the reason, we need to explore the page where the carousel is. We tried to find the carousel in the attached link but failed. Could you please share an exact link, backend configuration’s screenshot of the plugin?

It is easy to show the ‘Carousel Title‘ at the top of your carousel.
• Write the title of the carousel.
• Click on ‘STYLIZATION‘ tab and tick the ‘Carousel Title‘ checkbox.
• Click on ‘Update‘ button to save changes.

Hearing from you, we guess that there may be any CSS overridden issue. It occurs sometime if CSS styles(from ul/li) apply from the theme. If you inspect the pagination dots(ul/li) of the plugin, you may find out it.
If you could share the link for us, we could fix the issue.
There is no option in the plugin to make the dots smaller. But you can do so using CSS.
However, We think the pagination styles of the plugin are being overridden by your theme styles. So, if we give CSS code without inspecting the page, it may not work.Hope to hear from you soon.

It’s easy. You can set slide numbers for different devices from ‘GENERAL SETTINGS→ Carousel Column(s)‘ feature of the plugin.

It has been a long time since we heard from you. The issue had been solved almost a month ago in our site’s forum for you. You told that you would come back to us some time later.
However, you were trying to use sub-category with the free version of the plugin and the slider is not working there. Because the plugin does not support sub-category, it can create a slider with the product’s categories only.
