This is to update the original post. I have installed the Atahualpa theme and all is working fine so far. I wanted to have the right side bar remain in view when scrolling up or down the page. After doing some searching I think that what I am looking for is “positioning” and that I need it to have the value of “fixed“. I do not see any options for this in the theme options and just wanted to find out how to make this happen.
