That salient theme is not the active theme on site. How it can affect the site?
Also its not added now. It was on wordpress site before and caused no issues with Litespeed and quic cloud activated

Right now, Litespeed plugin has issues with multiple sites, not just one single site you checked

    Hello LiteSpeed Support Team,

We are currently experiencing a critical issue affecting multiple WordPress websites hosted on our server.

    Issue Description:
    – When the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is activated, the websites become broken and load without proper styling.
    – CSS and JavaScript assets do not appear to load correctly, causing pages to display as plain HTML.
    – As soon as the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is disabled, the websites return to normal operation.
    – This issue is affecting almost all WordPress sites hosted on our server, not just a single website.
    – The problem started around the same time across multiple sites.

    Troubleshooting Performed:
    – Purged all LiteSpeed caches.
    – Disabled and re-enabled the plugin.
    – Tested with LiteSpeed Cache disabled and confirmed the sites function normally.
    – Previously, some sites were connected to QUIC.cloud. As part of troubleshooting, we disconnected QUIC.cloud services, but the issue remained unchanged.
    – Therefore, we have not confirmed whether QUIC.cloud is related to the issue.

    Observations:
    – The websites appear to load content, but theme styling and other frontend assets are not being applied.
    – The issue only occurs when LiteSpeed Cache is active.
    – Since multiple websites started experiencing the issue at approximately the same time, we suspect there may be a plugin-related change, configuration issue, or compatibility problem affecting cache/optimization functionality.

    Could you please advise:
    1. Whether there are any known issues with recent LiteSpeed Cache updates.
    2. What diagnostics or logs you would like us to provide.
    3. Whether there are any known issues involving CSS/JS optimization, UCSS generation, or cache file generation.
    4. What steps we can take to restore normal functionality while continuing to use LiteSpeed Cache.

This issue is impacting multiple production websites and we would appreciate urgent assistance.

    Thank you.

Hi, the design does not permanently change. The issue occurs intermittently after connecting the website to QUIC.cloud.

Sometimes the CSS generated or optimized by LiteSpeed Cache does not load, causing parts of the page to lose styling or the entire layout to appear broken. After clearing or regenerating the LiteSpeed CSS cache, the design may return to normal, but the issue can happen again.

This may be related to stale or unavailable generated CSS files, such as UCSS or CCSS, being served through QUIC.cloud. The original CSS files and the website content are still present.

I’ve sent the LiteSpeed report, see details below:
