Installed the “WP Mail Logging” update released today and it looks OK.
Same for us! After updating to WordPress 6.6.2 and the latest plugin version a few mails doesn’t get formatted properly. This bug does nog occur always though.
Luckily we have some logging (WP Mail Log) and I found 2 differences.
1. All malformatted mails had a differrent headers logged. It seems the header content-type is placed after the other headers.
2. All HTML is missing in the body.
Header example
Correct: From: a@a.com,\nContent-Type: text/html,\nX-WPCF7-Content-Type: text/html,\nReply-To: a@a.com
Incorrect: From: a@a.com,\nX-WPCF7-Content-Type: text/plain,\nReply-To: a@a.com,\nContent-Type: text/html
