It’s easy, just go to the Dashboard -> Menus and when has the Languague selector it has some options, one of them is to force to the Home Page.
If you don’t find it tell me and I’ll try be more specific.

For me that is only showing the category itself, the name and the hyperlink, not the image. What can I be doing wrong?
