In reply to: 2.6 Image Uploader – Will Upload But Not InsertAfter reading this support forum since version 2.5 for the “Images Upload but Will not insert” problem, it’s the use of capital letters in the General Setting URL name that was the problem.
“I had the site name in Dashboard > Settings > WordPress Address (URL) as ThisIsTheSiteName.com, which had previously caused exactly no problems at all. Changing this to thisisthesitename.com fixed it.”

One change I made prior to this was to configure a subdomain:
TractionControl.well-regulatedmilitia.org
instead of
well-regulatedmilitia.org/TractionControl

Doing so removes the Plug-in error (but shows Plug-ins not found).
Themes errors still exist with what appears to be a path statement error (?)Error shows: /home/content/U/S/C/USCitizen/html/wp-admin/admin-functions.php
path is (should be?) <domain name>/wp-admin/admin-functions.php
