In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order Notes Saved in Database but Not Displaying in AdminHello Shahzeen,
Thank you for your continued assistance.
As requested, please find the System Status Report at the following link:

Additionally, I placed a test order using Free Shipping and Cash on Delivery to rule out any payment gateway-related issues. The order was created successfully; however, no order notes are displaying in the WooCommerce admin panel.
Please let me know the next recommended steps to further isolate and resolve this issue.
Looking forward to your guidance.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order Notes Saved in Database but Not Displaying in AdminAlso, there are no cache or security plugins installed on the site. However, I am not certain whether any server-level caching is enabled by the hosting provider.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order Notes Saved in Database but Not Displaying in AdminHello Shahzeen,
Thank you for your response.
I have carefully rechecked the affected orders in wp_comments and can confirm:
- comment_post_ID correctly matches the order ID.
- comment_type is set to “order_note”.
- comment_approved is set to “1”.
- The notes are visible when queried directly from the database.
- All relevant tables (wp_posts, wp_comments, wp_commentmeta) are using InnoDB and consistent collations.
Additionally, I have deactivated and reactivated WooCommerce (while keeping other settings intact) to rule out any temporary loading issue, but the behavior remains the same.
However, recent order notes are still not consistently displaying in the WooCommerce admin panel. This behavior started immediately after the site migration.
At this point, could you please advise what specific next steps you would recommend to further isolate and resolve the issue?
I would appreciate your guidance on how best to proceed.
Best regards,
