That’s a great question. Unfortunately, we don’t have a form-to-project import at the moment.
One thing we’d need to think through is who gets access to that new project. At first, perhaps only the author of the form … but what if they don’t have a WordPress account. That could be handled by settings inside the integration perhaps.
So, yes, this is something we’d love to do, but aren’t there yet unfortunately.

The other question here was a known bug, but this is likely something different – perhaps a plugin conflict.

Alternatively, a new version of UpStream is due out this week with a bug fix for this situation.
