In the section “Email Notifications”, in field “CC”, you can add addresses. Or in the same section “Distribute all leads and updated to additional email address (or multiple addresses separated by comma (,):”.

It seems to me this method is not entirely suitable, since the leads are aggregated from slave to master.

Hello! Thank you for the interest shown to our plugin! We understand that some functions are far from ideal, and as we try to improve it.
I will try to answer your questions:

1. First, understanding the reset configuration feature: Under – Data Types & Fields/Reset Configuration…

Clicking on this button will cancel the links between the form fields and the lead fields. No data should be deleted.

2. Second issue: Editing content.

Yes, at the moment the editing process is carried out, as you described. Perhaps in the future it will be possible to somehow change it.

3. Exporting/Importing:

Here, too, everything is true. It was assumed that the import or export process should complement the backup option.
