Plugin Affiliate marketing work with UPICRM

I start my research to find an affiliate account management plugin.

First I use upicrm to sell leads to customers. With each completed form on my website, I sell the info to three customers.

I would like to generate more traffic through an affiliate program. I would like to be able to give a commission on each lead generated with upicrm form via a affiliated banner.

So I would like a plugin that allows me to track all traffic/sale from personnalized banner. My affiliates must have access to a admin panel and must be able to choose the banners, preference of payment…

I want a fully automatically plugin that can manage sales and commission payments.
