CF7 needs to reside under
/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/
and file name should be: wp-contact-form-7.phpis it exactky like this on your server?

we couldn’t recreate the issue.
What we suggest:
disable AJAX in cf7 –As per the CF7 Documentation, you can disable AJAX form submission by placing the following code in your wp-config.php
define(‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, false);
send more error message form php log / http log if possible

this feature is available
you can use “Auto lead management” menu in UpiCRM
whenever a lead status changes, an email is sent to the lead owner and the management of the lead owner, as well as to any additional emails listed under “email notifications” menu.you can use auto lead management in order to set a status automatically based on your logic, and the mail will be sent.
I hope that answers your need.
