we didn’t think about this in our current design.
we either send notifications or not.We’ll try and think of a way to send either normal notifications, template, or nothing.
it’s will appear in a future version.

UpiCRM does not use dynamic values in this field.
you need to set the value using text strings, and then use the email template to embed the new field with your desired value.Thanks

indeed it looks like a wrong configuration (if I may be direct…)you need to:
1. set the subject of the ninja forms to use any value you want.
2. map the field of the ninja subject to the Upi Field – “Message Subject”
3. Define auto lead rule – if “Message Subject contains [value]”
then – change message subject (or any other field value) to your desired value.
4. use the email template to send mail – and in subject fields – the field your have altered, or add any other values – either text or dynamic fields.please let us know if it helps

it should work, we use it all the time… just want to have a quick look of exactly how you configured it…
can you send screen captures of :
1. list of your fields
2. Auto rules you defined
3. Email template settings ?

Let me suggest a solution:you can use the Auto Lead management feature – for example –
define that
if form name is “shoes” – then assign the value “shoes” in field “Service”
if form name is “Shirts” – than assign the value “shirts” to field “Service”like this – the “Fields-Service” – will also be dynamic… based your logic and definitions.
What do you think ?

sorry to hear…I believe 90% of our users are using Cf7… don’t know why it’s not working for you.Q: can I ask you to also disable CF7 and see if the leads management table loads correctly ? I just want to know if it’s colliding with the Cf7 plugin for some reason.

sorry to say – I’ve never seen this one before.
Are you on the latest version of wordpress, plugins, and UpiCRM ?hi, sorry about your issue.
When you import new data form existing forms – it will indeed override.
we will implement a notice to users to backup database so they can revert back if the import does not work as expected.
again – sorry for you trouble.
