Thanks for your prompt reply. To your questions:
(1) Our site is in Traditional Chinese.
(2) In general Woocommerce settings: (a) store address is a Hong Kong address; (b) selling location: “Sell to specific countries”, specifically China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan; (c) shipping location: “Ship to all countries you sell to”; (d) default customer location: “geolocate”; (e) currency option: “Hong Kong dollar”.
(3) Yes, Google play worked as expected, and failed during checkout. The error code is raised against the “state” field of shipping address
(4) We’ve had customers paying with credit card & Apple pay. Both methods worked fine.

Issue #568 does look similar to ours. I’d love to send you some screenshots to you so you can see the error code. Where can I send them to?
