You can do a google search for word-press templates or build your own template.

I’m sure google will pull up other places…
If you do a search within the wordpress.org site, there are tutorials on how to put together your own custom template.

Somebody resolved this issue:

Basically just need to delete the “dashboard_widget_options” entry in the wp_options table. The post describes in detail how to do it.
