You should work with css file and make content-headder dissapear by using display:none. Choose the line wisely and make some experiments with them.
Then just insert the thumbnail into the achieve’s message to user.

Achieve’s image in profile page is default practice. It was quite a surprise when i discovered, that achvs list has no thumbnails.
