I do not have the ticket ID, according to Woocommerce, that ticket was sent directly to the plugin developer but I do have the email confirming receipt of the ticket if that would help.

I am using that distance rate shipping plugin, and I contacted their support, where they recommended I get in touch with someone on the support team for the advanced packaging plugin. I was unable to get any help from them so I was wondering if anyone else on the forum has dealt with a similar issue.
