@nanasflowers are you using “include product variations”?
@evavangelooven I have created some test feeds. The feeds generate successfully when there are no product variations, otherwise they get stuck.

It still hangs regardless of using real cron job or WP-cron.
At the final stage of creating a new feed when I click “generate new feed” it times out with a bad gateweay 504.
When I navigate to “manage feed” I see the feed stuck at “processing 0%”.
Any ideas?

I have reinstalled the plugin but it still hangs. As @nanasflowers reports it works with the real-cron I have reverted back to real-cron jobs and disabled WP-cron.
Once my scheduled cron runs I will update here.So I am right to conclude that the roll-back did solve the issue at hand for you?
If so then apparently the release broke for users who are using real cron jobs and disabled the WP-cron.
This is not true. I have yet to confirm that it is working in my setup. I ran into the issue with WP-cron ENABLED. Then I tried with it disabled. Now I am trying with it ENABLED. I am stuck at “processing 33%”.
I will remove and reinstall the plugin now and try again.
@nanasflowers
yes I have currently at “processing 33%”. I’ll give it a few minutes.
Have you also rolled back to WP-cron or are you seeing success with real cron jobs?I’ve update to v 6.3.1 and rolled back to WP-cron.
Removed all feeds and added new test feed.
Deactivated and activated plugin.
update in a min- This reply was modified 6 years, 8 months ago by ultimus.
ok, when do you think 6.3.1 will be release?
Concerning testing I can give you access to my env. should you want to have a look.cron is beeing triggered once a minute. I’ll rollback to WP-Cron and test again with 6.2.9
@evavangelooven
I have downgraded to 6.2.9 version and it hangs at “processing (0%)”when it’s clicked on now it goes to the 404 page, would you like me to email it to you?
I get this too – because the feed/file was never created.
@evavangelooven I have removed the latest plugin and installed 6.2.9 and the feed with 5 products hangs at “processing 0%”. Let me know if I can provide any logs/debugs.
Thanks for your support.@evavangelooven I have a test feed with 5 products in it. Without the percentage how long do I need to wait (after cron has run) before I can verify it is working/the file has been created?
I use a real cron job setup via the cpanel as woocomemerce is terrible at managing these, could there be a conflict of some sort here introduced in a recent version of the plugin and woocommerce 3.7?
I do not believe so. I only set up the real cron job via cpanel today. I’ve been having the issue with the feed for several days with woocommerce 3.7.
Hi Eva
Thank you for your reply. Yes I have cleared the cache, deactivated and reactivated the plugin. Stopped processing, browser refresh, start processing and it hangs at status “processing”.
I have setup real-cron. Can I execute Product Feed Pro via a real cron job too? If yes what command do I need to use?haha I have also paused my merchant center feeds too..
You can check the url of the feed once it is paused here:
wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feedMy hosting provider (sitegorund) also confirms that they are seeing cron timeouts and recommends setting up real cron-jobs (https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/real-cron-job/).
Comment from hosting support is:
I checked this but it appears the issue is coming from the plugin itself. In this case, I can recommend to check with the plugin developers in case it needs some specific php variables configuration or if they can confirm the cron commands used by the plugin so you can add them in the cPanel->Cron Jobs tool
