I cannot see a problem if you still have the problem you should probably take a screen shot and draw an arrow next to the problems…

So, having it installed through Fantastico then upgrading it manually will not hurt the installation?
What if Fantastico then gets the update then I use Fantastico to do the update, since it would already be updated, could it break something?
