I did try that approach, but I wasn’t able to get it to work. I simply couldn’t restore the pages to how they appeared in version 0.4.13.
The left sidebar was present (“Standard”), but the content shifted slightly to the right. Alternatively, the sidebar was missing, and the content was either flush against the left edge or indented slightly from it (“Full Width” / “Full Width Stretched”).

I also couldn’t find any indication of what had actually been changed in version 0.4.16. I only realized what was going on after I restored version 0.4.13 from my backup.

For now, I’ll stick with version 0.4.13 and tackle the update to 0.4.16 a bit later—once I can carve out some time for it. Or, rather, once I can dedicate my full attention to it.
