Fixed it! I had to re-allow new order email under
woocommerce>settings>email>new order
incase this happened to anyone else

Fixed it! It was a plugin issue. Check box under woocommerce>settings>pages “Prepend product permalinks with shop base page (shop) Note: The shop page has children – child pages will not work if you enable this option. ” needed to be unchecked.

since you guys are awesome, and I have spent the last 3 hours trying to figure this out, I figured I would bother you again. My featured image on my homepage has a dot pattern overlay… and I cant figure out how to remove it. Here is the section I am referring to
