The theme developers at Themeisle have done their magic and fixed the issues. Thanks again for looking into the problem and diagnosing. Happy to close it off 🙂

Hi there Tracy,

Thanks for your help in diagnosing the problem Evan it really goes a long way. I wanted to get technical support from the theme designers and let you know the outcome but I’m still working with them to resolve the issue.

So please keep this open for the time being until I can get confirmation from the theme designers whether or not they are able to fix it. After that I will update everyone on the situation 🙂
