I have been experiencing the same problem for the past couple of weeks. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the statistics plug-in, but it made no difference. I’ve now installed “Burst” plug-in, which seems to be working OK.
I’m a volunteer website manager with no technical background so I just don’t understand what is going on or the technical side of the information referred to in the original string of posts on this subject.
