Thanks!! We do have a child theme, but I’ve not edited the .css before. Do I simply go to Appearances –> Editor –> Child Theme and paste that code in there?

Okay, I have absolutely no idea what’s going on in the start of that thread. I’ve never had to edit a .css file, I don’t know what a theme folder is, etc.
Is there some place to start figuring this out? I’ve been searching for ages but I can’t find anything that actually walks a beginner through it.
It looks like they were having the same problem as me. I might be too much of a novice to figure this out (I’ve never edited a .css file), but I’ll try to figure it out.
